pattern consists of a rotation between 07:00–15:00 and 15:00–23:00

Pay: £14.80
per hour

Anchor Group Services is recruiting
Security Officers for The Elephant, a landmark mixed-use development at the
heart of Elephant & Castle. Bringing together retail, residential and
public spaces, The Elephant is set to become a vibrant destination where
residents, visitors, retailers and communities come together.

This is a unique opportunity to join a
flagship London mobilisation from day one, helping to establish standards,
culture and service excellence across a brand-new development. As a Security
Officer, you will play a key role in creating a safe, secure and welcoming
environment whilst delivering exceptional customer service to everyone who
visits, lives or works at The Elephant.

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you'll be at
the forefront of safety and customer service across this exciting new
destination. Working across retail, residential and public spaces, you'll carry
out patrols, respond to incidents, support visitors and residents, and help
maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone who visits The Elephant.

You'll be a visible ambassador for
both Anchor Group Services and The Elephant, demonstrating professionalism,
integrity and excellent customer service at all times.

Duties Include:

• Protect people, property and assets in

accordance with site procedures and Assignment Instructions.

• Conduct regular patrols across retail,

residential and public areas, identifying and reporting any security or safety
concerns.

• Provide a visible, professional and

reassuring presence for residents, visitors, retailers and contractors.
