Security Operations Engineer - Web Monitoring & Cloud Security (Public Sector)

At Xtremax, we build and operate technology that supports critical digital services used by public sector organisations and enterprises. As a Security Operations Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring internet-facing applications remain secure, available, and continuously monitored through enterprise-grade web monitoring and security platforms.

Working alongside cybersecurity specialists, infrastructure engineers, and application teams, you will support the operation of multiple SaaS-based security platforms, helping organisations detect website integrity issues, investigate security alerts, improve monitoring accuracy, and streamline operational processes through automation. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who enjoy troubleshooting complex systems, integrating platforms, and improving operational resilience in modern cloud environments.

If you have experience supporting production systems, enjoy solving technical problems, and are looking to grow your expertise across web technologies, cloud platforms, and security operations, we'd love to hear from you.
