• Register communicators and ensure accurate communication between the customer location, JCI receivers, and Mastermind.
• Complete data entry in programming systems and MM when required.

• Ensure MM data and panel programming are accurate and place accounts in service to be monitored in the CMC.
• Support additional duties as assigned.

How You Will Do It

• Take ownership of accurate outcomes by verifying programming details, account data, and communicator registration before closing out each request.
• Stay close to the work by listening carefully to Field Technicians, gathering the right information quickly, and removing obstacles that slow down service.
• Use research and candor to solve problems by investigating issues in Mastermind, MM, and panel programming until the root cause is identified and resolved.
• Work as one team by communicating clearly with technicians and other support partners, sharing updates promptly, and building trust through reliable follow-through.
• Improve every day by paying attention to recurring issues, learning from each request, and supporting consistent quality control results.
