Senior Account Executive

We're looking for an experienced new-business salesperson who knows how to sell digital marketing agency services and win clients through outbound prospecting.

This is an opportunity to work directly with our CEO and help build Condor's next stage of growth. You'll have the autonomy to develop your own prospecting approach, create opportunities from scratch, and close meaningful, long-term agency partnerships.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor sales role, not a marketing leadership or account management position. You'll focus on acquiring new clients while our Account Management team owns ongoing relationships and expansion.

Key Details

• Contract Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor
• Work Schedule: 35-40 hours per week
• Location: United States
• Modality: Remote
• Compensation: May vary based on location, experience, and skill set. Annual base range between 60k-80k plus on target earnings.

Responsibilities

• Build your own pipeline: Identify and engage U.S. B2B prospects through cold calling, personalized outreach, LinkedIn, networking, events, and partnerships.
• Win new clients: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposals, negotiation, and close.
• Sell integrated marketing services: Connect Condor's capabilities to clients' demand generation, pipeline, and revenue challenges.
• Engage senior decision-makers: Build relationships with CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and other business leaders through consultative selling.
• Shape our outbound approach: Work with the CEO to refine targeting, messaging, prospecting strategies, and a repeatable new-business process.
• Own your results: Manage your CRM pipeline and track prospecting activity, qualified opportunities, and closed revenue.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including recent experience personally selling digital marketing agency services to external clients.
• Proven track record of self-sourcing outbound opportunities and closing net-new business, rather than relying primarily on inbound leads, referrals, or existing accounts.
• Experience selling within a digital marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, or comparable agency/services environment.
• Ability to sell consultative, multi-service marketing engagements and connect marketing investments to business outcomes.
• Experience selling to U.S. B2B companies and senior marketing decision-makers.
• Strong cold prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and full-cycle closing skills.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar CRMs.
• Excellent professional English communication skills.

Desired Skills

• Existing network within the U.S. technology ecosystem.
• Direct experience selling marketing services to IT Services, MSP, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Software Development, or Technology Consulting companies.

What We Offer

• Fully remote work.
• High-impact role with direct influence on company growth.
• Annual bonuses.
• Flexible work arrangement.
• Holidays and PTOs.
