• Monitor industry trends and breaking news to identify timely opportunities for clients.

• Manage day-to-day client communications, projects, and deliverables.

• Coordinate media interviews, track coverage, and prepare client updates and reports.

• Collaborate with account teams, delegate projects when appropriate, and help mentor junior colleagues.

• Manage multiple client priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in public relations or communications, ideally in an agency environment.

• Strong media relations skills and experience pitching journalists and securing coverage.

• An interest in financial markets, business news, and current events.

• Familiarity with media databases such as Cision, media monitoring platforms, and research tools, including responsible AI use.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

What We Offer

• Career development, mentorship, and regular access to senior leadership.

• Hybrid schedule: Two days in the office and three optional work-from-home days per week.

• Competitive compensation, bonus opportunities, and new business incentives.

• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.

• 401(k) with employer contribution.

• 15 vacation days, 10 company holidays, nine paid sick days, and one personal day.

• An on-call period between Christmas and New Year's.

• Comprehensive onboarding, ongoing training, and twice-annual professional development planning.
