- • You are comfortable joining discovery, demos and commercial calls.

- • You have worked at a Shopify app, ecommerce agency, BPO or customer experience company.

About Richpanel
Richpanel is the AI-native helpdesk.
Brands hire an AI support team that resolves repeat customer questions from start to finish. Their people stay in control of the moments that need judgment.
Richpanel replaces the old helpdesk and the next few support hires. The AI handles order tracking, returns, subscription changes and the repeat work that buries CX teams. Human agents handle the exceptions in the same workspace.
We are profitable, backed by Sequoia and growing 110% YoY at 8-figure ARR. We already serve 3,000+ paying brands.
Partners already bring us some of our strongest opportunities. Now we want to turn that advantage into a repeatable revenue channel.
About the role
The best partner managers do not collect logos.
They know which 20 relationships matter. They understand the partner's business, earn trust and create a clear reason to recommend the product.
Your job is to make Richpanel the helpdesk that Shopify agencies, BPOs and CX consultants recommend first.
You will own the full motion. Find the right partners, open the relationship, learn their clients, teach them how Richpanel creates value and work the first deals together.
You will go deep on the product. A development agency, BPO and retention consultant each need a different reason to recommend Richpanel, and you will build those talk tracks yourself from customer demos, product knowledge and partner feedback.
You will also own the number. Your primary target is partner-sourced closed ARR. Meetings, events and enablement matter only when they produce revenue.
What you will own
- Build a named map of the top Shopify agencies, BPOs and CX consultants in North America, then choose the 20–30 that deserve high-touch investment.
