What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling intelligent software solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing AI-powered applications using Python and .NET
- Designing and implementing advanced Generative AI solutions
- Building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures that combine LLM capabilities with organisational knowledge
- Working with embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases
- Designing and orchestrating agentic AI workflows capable of complex, long-running tasks
- Implementing Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) capabilities to ensure governance, quality, and operational control
- Developing AI evaluation frameworks to measure performance, accuracy, safety, and business impact
- Establishing observability, monitoring, and diagnostics across AI systems
- Partnering with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions
- Driving engineering best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
