What we are looking for:
Partner Forces is seeking a Senior Analyst to support federal consulting initiatives, with an initial focus on coordinating and delivering national virtual training programs for the K–12 school safety community through the School Safety Task Force (SSTF). Approximately 50% of this role will initially support the SSTF training workstream, with the remaining time dedicated to broader research, analysis, strategic planning, and program support across Partner Forces' federal portfolio. Responsibilities may evolve over time based on client priorities and business needs.
The ideal candidate is a versatile, highly organized consultant who can bring structure to complex initiatives, manage competing priorities, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. They are responsive, detail-oriented, and polished in their communications, with the confidence to navigate challenging client dynamics and the flexibility to adapt as priorities shift. This individual should be equally comfortable managing the details of day-to-day execution and contributing to higher-level strategic and analytical efforts.
What you'll do:
Training & Program Coordination (Approximately 50%)
- Lead the planning, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of national virtual training programs supporting the K–12 school safety community.
- Support the development and refinement of training strategies and annual implementation plans aligned with evolving client priorities.
- Manage training activities from initial planning through execution, including scheduling, presenter coordination, production logistics, live-stream operations, and post-event follow-up.
- Coordinate across internal workstreams, recording studio personnel, subject matter experts, and external partners to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
- Oversee day-of training operations, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), project trackers, schedules, and other tools to support organized, efficient operations.
- Analyze training feedback, participation data, and evaluation results to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain regular, clear, and timely communication with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and responding to evolving needs.
Consulting, Research & Analytical Support (Approximately 50%)
- Support federal clients with strategic planning, program analysis, research, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, synthesize findings, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Develop polished, concise, and client-ready deliverables, including briefing materials, reports, presentations, executive summaries, and written communications.
