Full description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Engineer to lead the architecture, delivery, and ongoing optimization of enterprise automation workflows. In this role, you will act as a key technical partner to cross-functional teams (including HR and Legal), transforming complex operational workflows into seamless, reliable digital processes. You will leverage low-code/no-code platforms, API integrations, lightweight Python scripting, and generative AI features to build scalable solutions that eliminate manual friction.
Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Architecture & Delivery: Build, deploy, and support robust enterprise integrations using Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
- System Integration: Connect core business systems—including Workday, SmartRecruiters, DocuSign, and Jira—via REST APIs, MCPs, and custom connectors.
- Process Discovery & Analysis: Collaborate closely with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders to map, optimize, and validate end-to-end processes before writing code.
- Custom Development: Write and maintain lightweight Python scripts for data manipulation, custom API calls, and utility routines supporting automated flows.
- Production Operations & Support: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize live automations to ensure high availability and minimal business disruption.
- AI & Innovation: Identify and implement practical AI/LLM use cases (e.g., Copilot Studio agents) to enhance complex decision-making within standard workflows.
- Documentation & Governance: Maintain clear visual workflow diagrams (Draw.io, Mural) and technical documentation (Confluence/Wiki) for system inventory and governance.
