What will you do?
You will build production-grade AI and GenAI solutions using Python, contributing to a large-scale enterprise technology transformation. You will work on LLM-based capabilities, RAG solutions, agentic workflows and integrations with an existing Java-based ecosystem while ensuring high standards of security, testing, governance and operational resilience.
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience in Python and Java
- Hands-on experience building AI and GenAI solutions
- Practical knowledge of LLM capabilities, limitations and safe usage patterns
- Experience designing and implementing RAG solutions
- Experience with agentic or tool-using AI workflows
- Experience with prompt engineering, evaluation and validation approaches
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, traceability and auditability
- Experience developing microservices and APIs
- Previous commercial experience with Java and Java-based enterprise systems
- Ability to understand, review and occasionally modify Java code
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle
