Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable and robust backend services using Python and Django.
- Build and manage RESTful APIs to support our web and mobile applications.
- Optimize application performance, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and ensure system stability.
- Work with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases as needed.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features.
- Implement security and data protection measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge within the team.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Mentor junior developers and share expertise to foster team growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
