Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Kotlin to design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, cloud-native backend services. The ideal candidate will have experience in distributed systems, microservices architecture, production support, and technical problem-solving.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Kotlin backend development.
- Experience with Java and Spring / Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of GitOps tools such as Flux CD or Argo CD.
- Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry.
- Experience in production troubleshooting, incident management, and on-call support.
- Strong system design, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services.
- Make technical decisions that support system reliability and long-term maintainability.
- Monitor application performance and improve system stability.
