Senior Barista - Le Café LPM - Al Khobar

Le Café - SENIOR BARISTA

The first cup sets the tone. You make it count.

LE CAFÉ LPM

A casual neighbourhood destination where French Riviera spirit meets everyday city life. Good food, warm people, and the simple things done beautifully. Nothing overcomplicated. Everything just right.

PROFILE

Precise. Passionate. Genuinely coffee-obsessed.

ROLE

Coffee is at the heart of Le Café LPM from the moment we open. You own the quality, the consistency, and the experience it creates for every guest who walks in.

EXPERIENCE

• 2-3 years of experience as a barista in a quality-focused, high-volume environment.

• Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks, brew methods, and coffee origins.

• English is a must. French or another language, even better.

IMPACTSCraft & Coffee Knowledge: Beans, origins, brew methods, milk texture - you know your craft inside out and deliver it to the same standard, every cup, every service.

Efficiency & Standards: You move fast during peak service without cutting corners. You keep the coffee station clean, stocked, and compliant at all times.

Guest Interaction: You engage naturally, share your passion for coffee without lecturing, and make every guest feel like they made the right choice.

Team Cohesion & Spirit: You work in sync with the bar, the floor, and the kitchen. Always communicating, always supporting, always adding to the energy of the shift.

This is a guide, not a ceiling. As Le Café LPM grows, so might your role. Flexibility is part of our DNA: every team member may be asked to support another department when the business needs it. We trust you’ll bring the same care to everything you do.
