This role requires strong ownership, sound technical judgment, and the ability to operate with minimal oversight.

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, visualizations, analyses, and reporting solutions in TIBCO Spotfire.
- Own end-to-end delivery of BI solutions: requirements, data modeling, calculations, and report/dashboard development.
- Shape design approach and architecture for data models and calculations, setting patterns other developers can build on.
- Oversee version control and deployment processes via GitHub, including code review and approval for team members' contributions.
- Partner with data engineers, architects, and product teams to resolve data and quality issues proactively.
- Identify and escalate risks or inefficiencies early.
- Mentor team members and guide their design decisions.
- Define and drive adoption of BI standards and best practices.
- Operate independently, exercising judgment on trade-offs without requiring sign-off.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of BI development experience, including significant hands-on experience designing and developing dashboards, visualizations, analyses, and reporting solutions in TIBCO Spotfire.
- Experience with Power BI and willingness to work across multiple BI and visualization platforms as business needs evolve.
- Strong data modeling skills (star schema, relationships, performance tuning at scale).
- Familiarity with multi-tenant data architecture and Row-Level Security (RLS).
- Practical GitHub experience in a team deployment workflow.
- Proven ability to own deliverables independently.
