Full description

Independently manage Building Envelope projects from proposal and scope development through project completion.
Serve as a primary client contact and maintain strong relationships with owners, contractors, architects, property managers, and other project stakeholders.
Prepare proposals, scopes of work, fee estimates, schedules, and additional-service requests.
Manage project schedules, budgets, field personnel, reporting, and deliverables.
Perform and/or coordinate building assessments, field observations, leak and moisture investigations, and construction quality assurance services.
Evaluate roofing, waterproofing, exterior walls and cladding, windows and glazing, sealants, flashing, air barriers, and related building systems.
Review construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and other project documents.
Prepare and review professional reports, findings, recommendations, and client correspondence.
Provide technical guidance and support to less-experienced staff as needed.
Identify opportunities for additional services, repeat business, and continued growth of client relationships.
