(Senior) Business Development Representative (m/f/d)

About Zeit AI

Zeit AI builds the agent framework for business intelligence. We connect to the systems companies already run (ERP exports, CRM data, spreadsheets, internal databases) and put agents on top so operators get reliable answers without hiring a data team. Founded by Marvin and Leopold (both x-Palantir), YC S24, backed by Oxford Seed Fund and Sequoia Scout. Customers across manufacturing, agriculture, and aviation. $1M+ ARR in year one and doubling every six months.

What this role is

Outbound, learned properly and at speed. Cold calling is how we won our first customers, and it still works better for us than anything else. You will pick up the phone daily, build cadences that convert, and book meetings that turn into revenue.

Within weeks you run your first discovery calls and define use cases with prospects yourself. If you bring outbound experience, you move to (Junior) AE within 3 to 6 months and close your own deals. If you are new to sales, the path is exactly the same; your ramp speed sets the pace. We want to succeed with you. Daily coaching, clear targets, uncapped upside. You will not be left alone with a phone and a list.

What you will do

-
Run high-velocity outbound: cold calls first, email and LinkedIn cadences where they help

-
Qualify prospects: real pain, urgency, budget, and the right people in the room

-
Book qualified meetings, then increasingly run discovery and use-case definition yourself

-
Keep HubSpot clean: notes, stages, and funnel numbers you can defend

-
Improve the machine every week: scripts, segments, messaging, tooling

You will thrive here if you

-
want targets, upside, and the accountability that comes with both

-
shake off a hard no and dial the next number

-
ask for coaching and act on it the same day

-
speak directly and clearly, in German and in English

-
treat your pipeline like a product you keep improving

Requirements

-
German C1 or above, plus solid English

-
Munich, or ready to relocate (we pay for the move; in-person is required)

-
Sales experience is a plus, not a requirement. Hunger and learning speed are.

What we offer

-
We are based in Munich and build the team around in-person work. We pay for your full relocation.

-
Regular San Francisco offsites for product sprints and staying close to the frontier.

-
Zeit AI package: daily lunch allowance, free in-office dinner, wellpass membership, best tech & tools

-
You know someone? €5k referral bonus for every successful hire.
