8+ years of experience in Business & Functional Analysis within complex IT and data environments.
8+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, including managing backlogs, epics, and user stories.
8+ years of experience in Requirements Engineering using frameworks such as Volère or Robertson.
8+ years of experience in process and information modeling using BPMN and UML.
3+ years of experience performing data analysis and hypothesis testing using SQL.
You possess a proactive and result-oriented mindset with strong attention to both the big picture and data details.
You are native in Dutch with good knowledge of French and English.

Experience with Data Governance and Data Modeling.
Knowledge of API programs and integration patterns such as event-driven or pub/sub.
Familiarity with architecture notations like Archimate or TOGAF.
Experience with data visualization and analysis using Power BI or Python.
Previous experience working within the public sector or large-scale organizations.
