About the role
We are looking for a sharp, resourceful analyst to help turn a large volume of data into clear business decisions. You will combine fast, detailed analysis with the judgment to identify wider opportunities and recommend what to do next.
Reporting to the VP of Player Experience, you will own work from question to conclusion: find the data, check it, explain what matters and follow through. Strong use of AI and analytical tools is central to the role, both for everyday delivery and for building automated reporting and insight workflows.
What you will do
- Deliver fast, accurate insights to commercial and operational questions. Present the conclusion first, supported by concise explanations, useful charts and clear assumptions.
- Look beyond the initial request. If asked how much Italian gross gaming revenue comes from Italian language tables, identify whether the same analysis would be valuable across other key languages and develop it proactively.
- Support broader decisions such as how to allocate the next 100 tables across games, languages and betting limits, taking account of demand, capacity and profitability.
- Investigate performance changes, identify their likely drivers and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Use AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis and build repeatable reports, alerts and workflows. Check the underlying logic and validate outputs before using them.
- Work with our Data Engineering and platform teams to understand available data, reconcile inconsistencies and define additional data requirements.
- Keep analysis organised and reusable. Track requests, manage changing priorities and maintain clear definitions and documentation.
What you bring
Key skills:
- Excellent analytical thinking: You can move comfortably between detailed data and the wider business question, identify patterns and draw sound conclusions.
- Commercial judgment: You understand the business objective behind a request and focus your analysis on decisions that improve performance.
- Exceptional self-learning ability: You investigate unfamiliar datasets, solve problems and acquire missing knowledge independently, without step-by-step instruction.
- Clear communication: You can answer a simple question simply and explain a complex finding in plain English.
- Organisation and ownership: You are structured, attentive to detail and reliable. You track commitments and take responsibility for completing work.
- Speed and initiative under pressure: You deliver quickly, anticipate useful follow-up questions and stay focused when priorities change. You flag uncertainty early and choose the simplest reliable approach.
- Strong ability with tools: You learn new tools quickly and use AI and analytical software effectively to produce useful, reliable work.
