Must have

1. Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET 8+
2. Expertise in REST API development and backend services
3. Strong PostgreSQL and SQL skills, including database design and query optimization
4. Hands-on experience with Redis caching and AWS SQS
5. Knowledge of AWS cloud services and Docker
6. Understanding of Modular Monolith Architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns
7. Experience with AI-assisted and agentic development tools
8. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and code ownership skills
9. Key Responsibilities
10. Design, develop, and maintain scalable REST APIs and backend services.
11. Optimize database schemas, queries, indexes, and transactions.
12. Implement caching and asynchronous messaging solutions.
13. Develop a modular monolith with clear module boundaries and future scalability in mind.
14. Review, test, debug, and maintain AI-generated and human-written code.
15. Ensure API security, performance, code quality, and maintainability.
16. Support Docker-based deployments and AWS services.
17. Collaborate with technical leads and team members to deliver reliable enterprise solutions.

Nice to have

1. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
2. Knowledge of Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
