Job Summary
Keeping nCino’s AWS environment automated, secure, and available for the engineering teams and customers who depend on it. The Senior Cloud Operations Engineer handles implementation, administration, and monitoring for the systems that let teams release software quickly. Day to day, that means building automation for deploying, testing, and upgrading software across the infrastructure. Moderate to complex troubleshooting across cloud environments happens with limited supervision, alongside evaluating new tools and designing disaster recovery and backup procedures. Security controls, system audits, and documentation written with internal stakeholders keep the work repeatable and compliant.
Someone with several years of hands on AWS experience and comfort scripting in Python or Bash will feel at home here. Sound instincts for securing cloud systems matter just as much, and so does the ability to juggle several projects at once.
