We are seeking your support for the role of Senior Cobol Software Engineer in the Payments domain.
What we offer:
- Long Term B2B Contract
- Rate: 150-190 PLN/ h + VAT ( depends of salary)
- Hybrid mode: 3 days from office and 2 days from home
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborating closely with software engineers, the product owner, business analyst, and team architect.
- Managing daily operations and governance of systems.
- Conducting testing, technical design, and analysis of user stories and reported defects.
- Supporting testing through troubleshooting and defect resolution.
- Refining new user stories while assessing their technical feasibility and design.
Key Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with COBOL, CICS, IBM Developer for z/OS (IDz), PUMA, MQ, DB2, JCL, Git, Bitbucket, Jira, and ServiceNow.
- A university degree, ideally in information technology, computer science, or a closely related discipline.
