Position Overview
JSET is hiring a Senior Project Manager to own large-scale BMS and EPMS projects from award through closeout. You will be accountable for scope, schedule, financials, quality, and client communication, and you will lead Project Managers, APMs, and field leadership to deliver predictable results.
What You'll Do
- Own the full project lifecycle from kickoff through warranty
- Build baseline schedules and manage updates with logic ties, float, and critical path
- Lead contract review, buyout strategy, and subcontractor/vendor engagement
- Manage budgets, labor forecasts, cost reports, and project financial performance
- Coordinate procurement, equipment releases, and long-lead tracking
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change events, T&M logs, and owner change requests
- Lead coordination meetings with clients, GCs, commissioning agents, and field leaders
- Issue work plans, look-aheads, and manpower needs to field teams
- Support commissioning, FAT/SAT, and punch list closure
- Review install quality, site safety, and documentation compliance
- Mentor and develop PMs, APMs, and Field Staff
