As a Technical Success Manager (TSM), Scale, you will be tasked with managing the lifecycle of our rapidly growing 'Scale' segment customer base (SMB to mid-market). This role blends technical expertise and relationship management to drive successful deployments, accelerate time-to-value, and support ongoing adoption, customer retention, and growth. You will serve as the primary post-sales contact and a trusted advisor for your portfolio. You will translate complex security concepts into tangible business value.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

• Manage a portfolio of SMB to mid-market accounts as the primary post-sales contact and trusted advisor, providing technical guidance on security architecture, integration, and best practices during deployments and ongoing usage.

• Onboard and guide customers through full deployment cycles, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met, and drive product adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction across your portfolio.

• Create and present Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) that show the value and ROI SentinelOne delivers and align with each customer's strategic security objectives, and engage every assigned account on a defined cadence to improve security posture and promote best practices.

• Use technical toolsets, automation, and data analytics to monitor customer health, act on auto-generated alerts and tasks, and lead escalated or at-risk customers to resolution through a remediation plan.

• Advocate for customer needs by working with Support, Product, Engineering, Services, and Sales to resolve issues quickly and to identify and execute on growth, upsell, and expansion opportunities.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

• 3-5 years in a Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering role focused on post-sales technical engagement, with a dedicated book of business.

• Demonstrated success increasing customer satisfaction, product adoption, and retention within a set book of business, and experience identifying upsell and expansion opportunities (e.g., cross-selling modules, maximizing feature usage) in partnership with Sales.

• A strong technical background in cybersecurity, endpoint protection, and IT/security architecture, with the ability to advise on best practices. Experience in incident response, threat handling, and SOC operations is a plus.

• Exceptional ability to conduct business reviews and executive-level presentations that translate technical product value and ROI into business outcomes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical practitioners and executives. You are analytical and detail-oriented, proficient at interpreting health metrics and usage data, and organized and results-driven. You thrive in a multitasking environment and can prioritize the needs of a demanding portfolio.
