Senior Data Analyst - Remote (Italy) | KPI & Dashboards

ShopFully is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to partner with Product, Data, and Business teams on measurement and decision-making. You will define KPIs, build dashboards, run A/B tests, and translate data into persuasive business narratives.

Strong SQL, Python or R, and BI tools are essential, with Databricks or Snowflake familiarity. You will coach analysts, apply AI-enabled workflows, and influence stakeholders across multiple functions in a hybrid Milan-based setup.

Partner with stakeholders to identify business questions and translate them into analytical solutions.
Develop measurement strategies, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor performance.
Conduct impact analyses and A/B tests to validate hypotheses.
Deliver data stories through reports, visuals, and presentations.
Coach analysts and promote best practices in analytics and storytelling.

5+ years of experience as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Analytics Lead.
Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
Advanced knowledge of data visualization and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Familiarity with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake).
Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate analytical workflows.
