Own metric and analysis design: Define metrics and design analyses that leverage big data sources, using advanced SQL to extract, transform, and interpret large-scale datasets.
Build reporting solutions: Build and maintain automated dashboards and reporting that support data-driven decision-making and reduce manual effort.
Improve data quality and infrastructure: Evaluate data quality, integrate new data sources, and work with Data Engineering to improve data infrastructure and reliability.
Communicate with impact: Present findings and translate complex analyses into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholders, and follow up to track outcomes.
Deliver under pressure: Handle ad hoc analytics requests alongside planned projects, delivering timely, high-quality insights under tight deadlines and prioritizing effectively across competing requests.
