You’ll combine strong hands‑on engineering experience with technical leadership, taking ownership of complex solutions and helping define how we design, build and manage our data products. - Define and champion engineering standards, reusable patterns and best practice.
- Ensure data quality, security, governance, resilience and performance are built into solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to turn complex business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and reuse data capabilities across the organisation.
- Drive effective engineering practices including automated testing, release and monitoring.
- Solve complex data and technical challenges, providing guidance and assurance to others.
- Mentor and coach engineers, helping build capability across the wider team.
- Help shape the future direction and roadmap of our data platform.
What can we offer you?
We want to reward you for your passion, enthusiasm, and hard work so we offer much more than a competitive salary:
- Hybrid working opportunities, giving you the flexibility to work collaboratively in the office and remotely.
- We recognise our employees’ hard work and contributions with annual bonus schemes, long service, and colleague recognition awards.
