About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist - AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Advanced RAG, and modern AI frameworks. You will play a key role in architecting scalable AI applications, mentoring team members, and driving AI innovation from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade LLM-powered applications using Python.

• Architect and implement Agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, memory, and workflow automation.

• Design and optimize Advanced RAG pipelines using vector databases, hybrid search, and enterprise knowledge sources.

• Develop and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and AI tool integrations.

• Build and optimize prompt engineering strategies, AI evaluations, and guardrails for enterprise use cases.

• Optimize token usage, latency, and cost for production AI applications.

• Integrate AI models using REST APIs, SDKs, and cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.

• Build AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and LlamaIndex.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI best practices, architecture, and technical decision-making.

• Stay current with emerging GenAI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

• 6 - 10 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Generative AI.

• Strong proficiency in Python and API development.

• Hands-on experience with :

• Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Agentic AI and multi-agent frameworks

• Advanced RAG architectures

• Prompt Engineering

• Embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases

• Model Context Protocol (MCP)

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
