About Vinova
Vinova is a Singapore-headquartered technology company. We deliver software solutions, project-based development and dedicated engineering teams for enterprise and public-sector clients across Singapore and APAC, with delivery centres in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Hanoi. We are scaling from a founder-led company into a regional technology organisation, and delivery leadership is central to that shift.
The Role
You will personally run delivery across a portfolio of concurrent client projects from Ho Chi Minh City. You are accountable for Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) on every project, and for your portfolio's contribution to Vinova's company-wide delivery KPIs.
This is a hands-on role, not an oversight-only position. You will be in the detail every day: running project ceremonies, reviewing plans and estimates, resolving technical and client issues directly, and stepping in to lead a project yourself when needed. You report to the Chief Delivery Officer, who sets delivery strategy and standards; you turn them into results on the ground.
Key Responsibilities1. Hands-on Delivery Across Multiple Projects
- Personally own delivery of multiple concurrent projects (fixed-price and time-and-materials) on time, within budget and to quality standards, in line with contractual scope and commitments.
- Run delivery directly: lead sprint planning, reviews and client demos on priority projects, and step in as acting Project Manager when a project is understaffed or at risk.
- Build and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and release schedules across the portfolio. Balance priorities and shared resources between projects.
- Maintain risk and issue registers. Resolve issues directly where possible; escalate with clear options and recommendations when not.
- Manage scope change through formal change-request processes to protect project margin and client trust.
- Produce weekly status reports and steering-committee materials for clients and internal leadership.
