As the Senior Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that support our organisation’s strategic and operational goals.
Working closely with our global engineering team and stakeholders across the business, you will lead the development of complex systems, integrations, and applications that enhance our services and improve operational efficiency. You will also provide technical leadership, mentor other developers, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing and deployment of complex software systems, applications and APIs, ensuring high-quality, scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Take ownership of the organisation's core systems platform, driving continuous improvement, performance optimisation, security enhancements and ongoing system reliability.
- Design and implement integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms, enabling seamless data flow and supporting business-critical processes.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions and deliver outcomes that align with organisational objectives.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture guidance, code reviews, mentoring and the promotion of development best practices across the team.
- Contribute to the organisation's long-term technology strategy by identifying opportunities for innovation, modernisation and continuous improvement across systems and platforms.
About you
