Must have
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE, or related engineering roles
- Strong hands-on experience building and operating production workloads on AWS
- Deep experience with CI/CD and release automation using GitFlow, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins or similar technologies
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent tools
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and containerized production environments
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help build, automate, operate, and continuously improve the cloud infrastructure and delivery capabilities behind Esko’s cloud platform.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure and operational problems through automation. You will work across AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and reliability while partnering closely with software and platform engineering teams to improve how services are built, released, and operated..
You will also help improve the developer experience by making infrastructure and deployment capabilities more automated, repeatable, and self-service.
What You Will Do
