Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer, der moderne Entwicklungsplattformen mitgestalten und die tägliche Arbeit von Softwareentwicklern vereinfachen möchte.
Ziel ist der Aufbau einer robusten, sicheren und hochautomatisierten Entwicklungsumgebung, damit sich Entwickler möglichst stark auf die eigentliche Softwareentwicklung konzentrieren können und weniger Zeit mit Infrastruktur, Deployments oder wiederkehrenden technischen Aufgaben verbringen.
Mögliche Aufgaben:
- Design und Weiterentwicklung von CI/CD-Pipelines und Software-Delivery-Prozessen
- Aufbau wiederverwendbarer Entwicklungsumgebungen, Templates und Deployment-Workflows
- Automatisierung von Infrastruktur-Bereitstellung und Konfiguration
- Verbesserung von Developer Self-Service und internen Plattformen
- Integration automatisierter Tests, Security Controls und Quality Checks in die Entwicklungsprozesse
- Automatisierung technischer Dokumentation und wiederkehrender Engineering-Workflows
- Verbesserung von Monitoring, Observability und Troubleshooting
- Definition von Entwicklungsstandards und Engineering Best Practices
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern, Architekten, Security- und Infrastrukturteams
- Evaluierung sinnvoller Einsatzmöglichkeiten von AI-assisted Development Tools
