- At least 7 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Platform Engineering or Software Delivery Automation
- Strong experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD
- Advanced experience with Git repositories, merge requests, code review and branching strategies (GitFlow, Trunk Based Development, Release Flow)
- Experience with .NET 6/7/8/10, MSBuild, dotnet CLI, NuGet, automated tests and packaging/release processes

MF Consultant – Azienda specializzata in Head Hunting & Executive Search, Coaching & Mentoring, Training & Development e HR Solution (Temporary Management, Outplacement e Performance Management) per importante azienda cliente leader del settore gaming e betting su Roma è alla ricerca di una figura di Senior DevOps Platform Engineer.
Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Senior DevOps Platform Engineer con forte esperienza nella progettazione, implementazione e governance di pipeline CI/CD moderne. La figura sarà responsabile della standardizzazione e dell'evoluzione delle pratiche di delivery per applicazioni backend .NET, frontend Angular e mobile Flutter, supportando i team di sviluppo nella definizione di processi automatizzati, sicuri, scalabili e orientati alla qualità.
Responsabilità:
- Progettare, implementare e mantenere pipeline CI/CD enterprise per applicazioni .NET, Angular e Flutter
- Definire standard condivisi di build, testing, quality gate, release management e deployment automation
- Automatizzare l'intero ciclo di vita applicativo, dalla validazione del codice fino al rilascio negli ambienti di sviluppo, test, staging e produzione
- Implementare strategie di branching, versioning e release management coerenti con i processi aziendali e con le esigenze dei diversi stack tecnologici
- Progettare pipeline specifiche per .NET, includendo restore, build, unit e integration test, code coverage, packaging e pubblicazione di applicazioni e librerie NuGet
- Progettare pipeline per Angular, includendo dependency management, linting, unit test, end-to-end test, build ottimizzate e pubblicazione degli artifact frontend
- Progettare pipeline Flutter per Android e iOS, includendo test, code signing, gestione dei certificati, provisioning profile e distribuzione sugli store o sui canali interni
- Integrare controlli automatici di qualità, sicurezza e compliance, inclusi SAST, dependency scanning, secret detection, container scanning e Software Bill of Materials
- Creare e mantenere template, componenti e librerie di pipeline riutilizzabili, riducendo duplicazioni e differenze tra i progetti
- Gestire la containerizzazione delle applicazioni con Docker e il deployment su Kubernetes mediante manifest, Helm chart o approcci GitOps
- Definire pratiche di Infrastructure as Code e configurazione automatizzata degli ambienti
- Ottimizzare i tempi di build e deployment attraverso caching, parallelizzazione, artifact reuse e pipeline differenziali per monorepo o repository multipli
- Gestire artifact, package e dipendenze tramite registry affidabili, politiche di retention e processi di versionamento coerenti
- Collaborare con Security, Operations, Architecture e QA per garantire affidabilità, tracciabilità, segregazione dei compiti e sicurezza dei rilasci
