This global leader owns client-facing service delivery and operational execution across Managed Detection & Response (MDR), Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), and managed cloud security services, with room to expand into additional revenue-generating managed security offerings as the business evolves.

The ideal candidate combines deep cybersecurity expertise with exceptional leadership, client management, project management, and business acumen. · Drive continuous improvement focused on service quality, efficiency, resilience, and client value realization.
· Ensure delivery organizations consistently meet or exceed contractual obligations and service-level commitments.
Managed Services Business Performance & Growth
· Operate the organization with a managed services P&L and business-owner mindset, balancing client success, associate engagement, operational excellence, growth, and financial performance.
