Senior Ecommerce Manager, Emerging Brands

We're so happy you're here! Thank you for checking our job out and we hope to have the chance to meet you in our interview process!

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Ecommerce Manager, Emerging Brands at Grüns! In this role, you'll own conversion rate optimization and the website for our emerging brands: Nütrops, Müves, Immün, and Jüced, and more to come! You'll build new landing pages and optimize existing ones from idea and brief to launch using AI-powered workflows and a partnership with design and engineering team members. You will design a testing program that works for brands with far less traffic than Grüns, where speed to learning still decides growth. You'll partner closely with our marketing and growth leads to turn paid traffic into customers within our CAC targets, and work with designers and developers to keep every test moving. This is an opportunity to build a repeatable, scalable testing function for our newest brands in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment, and we also come together on a biannual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL.

In this role, you will:

• Build and run a testing program in partnership with growth leads designed for low-traffic brands: fewer, bolder tests, smart sequencing, and sound read-outs on small samples, borrowing proven learnings from Grüns where they apply.

• Create new landing pages and optimize existing ones for Nütrops, Müves, Immün, and Jüced from brief to launch using AI-powered workflows, increasing our speed to learning.

• Track daily performance by brand and surface insights with our paid marketing team to align on actions to improve conversion and find where to scale.

• Analyze user behavior (scrollmaps, heatmaps, recordings, sales data) and early customer signals (reviews, support, post-purchase surveys) to uncover friction and generate new test hypotheses.

• Research customer needs to identify how customers differ between emerging brands and what's most important to address with those customers.

• Build and maintain a clear testing roadmap for each emerging brand, planned together with marketing and growth leads.

• Establish repeatable CRO processes (performance monitoring, landing page creation, post-test recaps) that scale as the brands grow.

• Coordinate with designers, developers, and marketing/growth leads to keep testing on track, ensuring cross-functional alignment and reducing delays in the CRO pipeline.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 5-7 years of experience doing CRO or Ecom work at a DTC company. Experience at an early-stage or multi-brand DTC business, or running tests on limited traffic, is a plus.

• Is proficient with Claude Code and Claude Design (or similar AI-assisted workflows) for landing page creation end to end, from ideation to design to copy to build.

• Has vast experience with Shopify and/or other order management and sales platforms.

• Is experienced managing a wide arrangement of 3rd party applications to enhance the sales process, and with integrating post-purchase and lifecycle management tools to work with growth team members on improving experiences.

• Has deep experience with an analytics platform (e.g. GA4, Heap, or Adobe Analytics).

• Has deep experience with a testing platform (e.g. Intelligems, FigPii, Amplitude, Kameleoon, or Statsig).

Approach to the role:

• Curious and analytical: Constantly digs into data (scrollmaps, recordings, test results, user testing) to understand user behavior and identify new opportunities for improvement.

• Action-biased: Doesn't wait for perfect information. Moves fast, iterates often, and learns from what's live.

• Collaborative communicator: Keeps designers, developers, and marketers aligned through clear, proactive updates, including planning and building the testing roadmap together with marketers. Knows how to work cross-functionally to keep projects moving.

• Process-minded: Brings structure to the testing process. Knows how to brief clearly, QA effectively, and document learnings post-launch.

• User-obsessed: Approaches every test and build from the lens of the user: "Where might they get stuck?" "What would motivate them more?"

• Growth-oriented: Seeks feedback, asks questions, and builds skills across tools.

• Decisive prioritizer: Synthesizes a broad set of data to make informed bets, picking the path expected to drive the most impact even without complete information.

• Builder across brands: Comfortable running several small brands at different stages at once, and knows when a result is real and when the sample is too small to trust.

• AI-driven: Obsessed with automating work and creating new workflows using AI.

Compensation & Benefits:

At Grüns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package — grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary range is $140,000-$160,000 plus bonus depending on experience, paired with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and growth of our team.

A bit about us...

At Grüns, we believe that foundational nutrition should be simple and convenient for everyone. We're dedicated to bringing comprehensive and real nutrition to you through our gummies, formulated from 60 nutrient-dense and whole-food ingredients. Simply enjoy a grab-and-go snack pack of gummies daily whenever fits best in your schedule and wherever life takes you.

Like you, we were disappointed. There’s an infinite number of “nutrition” companies, all focused on what’s best for them — not what’s best for you. Hundreds of products to sell you on, low-quality ingredients, and small nutrient doses. We’ve seen it all.

So we decided it was time to fix it. No more choking on and popping pills like a pharmacy. No more clean-up and disgust from gross powders. And no more cobbling together handfuls to dozens of supplements. Grüns is comprehensive nutrition, made convenient and delicious.

What we care about...Be the Best: We hold ourselves, our teams, and our partners to an incredibly high standard - and we raise the bar constantly. "We've never done this before" isn't an excuse here. It's an invitation.

Own It: We act like our name is on the door. That means taking complete ownership of outcomes, collaborating deeply, working through roadblocks - not around them - and never waiting for someone else to solve the problem. Great owners are great partners.

Drive Impact, Urgently: We measure impact, not effort. We work smart and hard, move fast, and use every tool at our disposal - including AI - to focus our energy where it matters most.

Compensation & Perks:

For every role, we aim to have highly competitive compensation and opportunity for impact and career growth.

Everyone at Grüns works hard, but we believe in wellness and balance too. We have super strong benefits coverage -- for you and your family, generous PTO, free Grüns, and a few more perks centered around health and well-being that we can't wait to tell you about!
