The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

The team partners closely with design and product engineering teams across the company to ensure new and existing features meet a high bar for usability, consistency, and accessibility.
What you will be doing:
With your Product and Design counterparts, drive Slack's accessibility strategy, partnering with teams across Slack to ensure new and existing UX patterns are accessible and usable by everyone, including users relying on screen readers and keyboard navigation.
Own and continually evolve Slack Kit, Slack's design system and component library, to deliver a consistent experience for end users while making it fast and easy for designers and engineers across the company to build product features.
Help set technical direction and facilitate execution for major Frontend Engineering initiatives, such as modernizing Slack’s CSS architecture.
With IC leads, develop clear roadmaps and milestones to enable the team to execute on multi-quarter projects.
Provide regular feedback, coaching, and seek out growth opportunities for your team to help them continually level up technically and grow their careers.
Build a sustainable high performing team and a work environment that's both supportive and challenging.
