Must have
- Minimum 3-5 years experience with BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Sound knowledge in Next.js, React.js, Node.js
- Practical experience in TypeScript / JavaScript
- AWS S3, EC2, K8s containers, CloudFront
- Knowledge of modern build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, Turbopack)
- Experience working in subscription and/or E-commerce companies
- Passion for mentoring and coaching the members of your team

Job Responsibilities
- Code in a full-stack area. React.js, Next.js, TypeScript / JavaScript. SPA architecture + GraphQL experience is a plus.
- Worked with CSS-in-JS frameworks or styling systems (e.g. Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, MUI, Emotion).
- Drive the design and implementation of solutions and product features, as well as support the live operation at scale of user-facing critical Web and Mobile flows.
- Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and E2E testing frameworks (playwright)
- Participate in the prioritization process to bring hidden technical needs to the roadmap.
- Translate business requirements into technical ones with very strong communication skills.
- Awareness of web accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO and AI performance optimization techniques.
- Lead the team to build scalable, easy-to-maintain software to support millions of users and transactions.
- Leverage AI-powered engineering tools, coding assistants, and AI agents to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and problem-solving workflows.
Location: Battaramulla (Hybrid)
