At Babylist, we help expecting parents make confident decisions with less stress and more joy. Our platform and products make the parenthood journey easier, from preparing for a new baby to navigating the early years.
We’re growing fast, and we need a high-volume Senior Fulfillment Recruiter to help build our Supply Chain, Logistics, and Fulfillment Operations teams with top talent. In this role, you’ll be the go-to hiring partner for warehouse managers, ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate experience while keeping the hiring process efficient and effective. You’ll be on site daily, working directly with warehouse leadership.
This role specifically is held on-site at our Commercial Point, Ohio Fulfillment Center. The hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pmAbout Pay
We pay competitive market rates.
Starting salary for this position is $136,450 to $163,759 annuallyHolidays Observed
The Fulfillment Center is closed on the following days in 2026:
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- New Year's Day (2027)
All shifts receive 4 floating holidays in addition to the holidays observed, so you can celebrate what matters to you the most, whenever that may be.
