What the day will look like
- Develop Aon products by implementing, testing, debugging, analysing, reviewing and all other aspects of the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, developers, testers, devops and project managers by providing technical expertise and guidance.
- Contribute to the design & architecture of digital solutions and recommending the most suitable technologies and frameworks.
- Drive the implementation and integration of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards, best practices, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with technical analysts to update application design and API documentation.
- Contribute to architecture, process and quality improvement discussions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in digital technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within the organization's digital ecosystem.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth, and promoting technical excellence and innovation.
