The role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python + React) to join the team building cloud-based applications that power 10Beauty's robotic systems.
You will work on the platform that connects robots to the cloud, enables real-time monitoring and control, and provides operational dashboards and analytics. You'll be involved in both backend development and frontend interfaces, working closely with Product, embedded, and AI/ML teams.
This is a hands-on role with a high degree of autonomy, where you'll help shape the architecture and build reliable, scalable solutions as the company grows.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack cloud applications using Python and React
• Develop backend services, REST APIs, and microservices that connect robots with the cloud
• Build web interfaces and dashboards for robot monitoring, configuration, and operational management
• Process and visualize real-time telemetry data, sensor readings, and operational logs
• Work on cloud infrastructure, application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with embedded, AI/ML, and Product teams to deliver new features
• Contribute to architecture decisions, automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD processes
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve platform stability

What you have

• 5+ years of professional Full Stack development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Python (backend) and React (frontend)
• Solid understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, and microservices
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, or similar services)
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB or similar)
• Experience with automated testing, Git, and CI/CD
• Understanding of scalable systems, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver features in a fast-moving startup
