We are growing rapidly across all our global offices and have career opportunities for tech professionals who are looking to work in a fast-growing company, work in a fun environment, looking to be challenged, grow, and fast-track their careers.

Job Description:

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who brings depth, discipline, and initiative to the table. This role requires someone comfortable owning end-to-end delivery, from designing backend APIs to building modern, responsive frontends. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in delivering clean, scalable, and secure solutions on Azure.
This isn’t a task-by-task coding job. We’re looking for someone who understands the why behind the work, brings ideas forward, and consistently executes at a high level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET on the backend and Angular or React on the frontend.
• Work across the full stack to implement features, resolve bugs, and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, project managers, and client-facing teams.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable, and production-ready code following best practices.
• Ensure solutions are secure, performant, scalable, and cloud-optimized for Azure.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools where appropriate to support development, debugging, refactoring, testing, and documentation.
• Review and validate AI-generated code before integrating it into production systems, ensuring security, quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Participate in peer reviews, estimations, and sprint planning sessions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and proactively bring forward ideas for technical and process improvements.
• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery while balancing speed, quality, security, and maintainability.

Core Technical Skills Required:

• Strong experience with .NET (C#, .NET Core/6/7).
• Solid hands-on experience with Angular or React — must be confident in at least one.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Storage, Functions, and related cloud services.
• Experience with REST APIs and relational databases such as SQL Server or similar.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git-based workflows, and DevOps principles.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code and ChatGPT etc.
• Ability to critically review and validate AI-generated code for security, quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Microsoft certifications are a strong plus.

Experience & Background:

• 4–6 years of full-stack development experience in modern, structured environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile teams.
• Experience contributing to larger systems or platforms, not just isolated modules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance speed and quality, making pragmatic decisions to support successful delivery.
• Demonstrated ownership of features and solutions from development through deployment.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills — able to actively listen, ask thoughtful questions, and explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and cross-functional teams, contributing to conversations beyond just code.
• Brings ideas forward proactively, not just when asked.
• Collaborative team player — works well with others, shares knowledge, and contributes to a positive team dynamic.
• Takes ownership and initiative while staying aligned with the team’s goals.

Benefits:

• Talent upskilling program.
• Provident fund.
• Health insurance.
• Eligible for US H-1 Visa.
• Project-based bonus.
• Leave encashment.
• EOBI
• Maternity leaves/ Paternal WFH
• Religious holidays
• Work from home facility.
• Referral bonus.
• Paid time off.
