Senior Full Stack Engineer (f/m/x)

This is a company built for growth.

When you join exmox, you're stepping onto a global, highly competitive playing field, solving real problems in environments that push you beyond your comfort zone. We move fast, cut the noise, and focus on what actually matters, because in our industry, speed wins.
With 50M+ platform downloads, we're rapidly scaling one of the most exciting innovations in mobile gaming: a rewarded user engagement and acquisition platform that helps players discover, and engage with games they enjoy - creating lasting value for both players and gaming studios.

As Senior Full Stack Engineer (f/m/x) you won't just be "coding tickets" or maintaining legacy systems. You'll build and own features end to end, from Python APIs to Vue and Nuxt interfaces used by millions of players, with an engineering mindset and entrepreneurial ownership: you build it, you own it, working close to product, design and data and seeing the impact of your work in production. At exmox, we're embracing AI as part of how we work, not just what we build. We use AI tools to work smarter, cut down on repetitive tasks and spend our time where it actually moves the needle. If that mindset speaks to you, you'll fit right in.

If you're excited by complex systems, high traffic, data-driven decisions, and the chance to grow by solving challenging problems, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Own:

• Backend & API development: You design, build and maintain backend services and APIs in Python, applying best practices for REST and GraphQL, and integrate with internal and external APIs to keep data flowing reliably across the platform.
• Frontend development: You develop and maintain user-facing applications with Vue or Nuxt, TypeScript and a responsive framework such as Tailwind, turning designs into fast, polished experiences on web and mobile.
• End-to-end feature ownership: You take features from idea to production across the full stack, making sure frontend and backend work seamlessly together and that what you ship is tested, observable and maintainable.
• Systems efficiency & scale: You keep backend processes and distributed systems efficient under high traffic, and contribute to containerized deployments with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaboration with design & product: You work closely with UX and UI designers, product managers, QA and backend engineers to shape user-oriented solutions and bring innovative ideas to life.

What Success Looks Like:

• Backend and frontend systems run reliably and scale for millions of users.
• Teams trust your technical judgment and involve you early in architecture and feature decisions.
• Your work improves efficiency, developer experience and product reliability across the stack.

• Full stack experience: You have 5+ years of hands-on experience as a software engineer, building scalable, reliable and high-performance full stack applications.
• API & backend skills: You have strong proficiency in API development and integration (REST and GraphQL), with Python as your primary language. Go is a plus.
• Frontend & UI skills: You are proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript, CSS/SCSS and frameworks such as Vue or Nuxt, and you're experienced with responsive frameworks like Tailwind and familiar with UI animations and transitions.
• Systems & architecture: You have a practical understanding of distributed systems and high-volume workloads. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud-based deployment is desirable.
• AI skills: You use AI tools in your daily work to plan, build, test and document, while keeping strong engineering judgment.
• Problem-solving & ownership: You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, tackle complex challenges holistically, and balance short-term delivery with long-term system health.
• Collaboration & communication: You communicate clearly in English and are comfortable working closely with designers, product, QA and fellow engineers.

• Speed is the feature. Speed beats rocket science. We move fast, test fast, and multiply our pace with AI, because action creates information and small wins compound. A fast failure is a lesson we learn from, a slow one is a problem we can't afford.
• Focus on the essential. Done is better than perfect. We stay focused on what actually moves us forward and protect people's time from anything that doesn't. We're direct in how we communicate too, no rambling, no unnecessary detail.
• See it. Own it. Solve it. The first to see it is best placed to fix it. We're not a place for comfort, we're a place for doers. "Not my job" isn't in our vocabulary, if you spot something, you help make sure it gets solved.
• Respect others. Trust multiplies. Respect is non-negotiable. We disagree with ideas, never with people. Trust here is built the same way it is anywhere, through consistency, a thank you, a moment of listening, and owning your mistakes.
• Perks that help you focus on what matters. Transport subsidy, learning budget, wellness and gym, workation, bi-weekly team lunches, and more. The perks are great, but the real reason people join and stay is the challenge, the ownership, and the drive to win together.
