About the Company
We’re partnering with an early-stage B2B SaaS company building an AI-powered sales and marketing platform. Following strong early traction, the company is developing a self-serve product designed to help salespeople and marketers work more effectively.
You’ll join a small senior engineering team, working directly with the co-founders to build core product capabilities and shape technical decisions.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong backend expertise who can take features from architecture through production deployment.
This role combines product development, backend architecture, and hands-on infrastructure ownership. You should be comfortable working across the stack, shipping independently, and using advanced AI-assisted development workflows while maintaining sound engineering judgment.
The stack includes Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship product features end-to-end, with a primary focus on backend services and architecture.
- Develop reliable APIs and contribute to scalable distributed systems.
- Contribute to user-facing functionality and integrations across the full stack.
- Own deployment and infrastructure needs, including CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
- Take responsibility for your work from technical design through production operation.
- Build and use agentic development workflows with tools such as Claude Code and Codex.
- Review, test, and correct AI-generated code to maintain quality and reliability.
- Collaborate directly with the founding team on architecture, priorities, and delivery.
