Senior Full Stack Engineer

Company description Publicis Sapient is a digital transformation partner helping established organizations get to their future, digitally enabled state, both in the way they work and the way they serve their customers. We help unlock value through a start-up mindset and modern methods, fusing strategy, consulting, and customer experience with agile engineering and problem-solving creativity. United by our core values and our purpose of helping people thrive in the brave pursuit of next, our 20,000+ people in 53 offices around the world combine experience across technology, data sciences, consulting, and customer obsession to accelerate our clients’ businesses through designing the products and services their customers truly value. Overview Experience Required Front-end mastery – you bring 6+ years of software engineering with deep expertise in modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js, Sitecore or Angular), TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3, and you build scalable, testable, component-driven interfaces. Design-to-code craftsmanship – you translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate, responsive UIs, work fluently with design systems and component libraries, and care deeply about micro-interactions, motion and visual polish. Full-stack versatility – while your depth is on the front end, you are comfortable integrating with REST/GraphQL APIs and can contribute across the stack (Node.js, Python or Java) when the work demands it. Performance & accessibility focus – you optimise for Core Web Vitals, bundle size, rendering performance and cross-browser behaviour, and you build inclusive, accessible experiences that meet WCAG standards. A bias for rapid prototyping – you turn a loosely defined problem into a working, interactive prototype in days, and let real user feedback rather than a perfect spec drive each iteration. Modern testing & tooling – you work hands-on across the SDLC with unit, component and end-to-end testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright or Cypress) and modern build tooling (Vite, Webpack, CI/CD). An AI-led approach to building – you reach for AI coding assistants and agentic tooling by default to move faster, and can build the guardrails that make front-end delivery reliable and consistent. Hands-on cloud experience – you have deployed front-end applications on AWS, GCP or Azure (CDNs, edge, serverless) and pick up new cloud services quickly as the work demands. A client-facing mindset – you work embedded alongside client teams, translate business problems into experience solutions, and explain trade-offs clearly to engineers and non-technical stakeholders alike. Set Yourself Apart With Strong, innovative and initiative-seeking approach to problem solving and finding solutions. Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution. Strong communication skills with sound articulation and comprehension. Ardent desire to explore and learn emerging interactive and front-end technologies. Distinct point of view and ability to demonstrate leadership skills. Experience leading front-end development teams and architecting elegant, reusable UI solutions. Additional information An inclusive workplace that promotes diversity and collaboration.
