Senior Full Stack Engineer (Remote-First)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software across the full stack (frontend, backend, database).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers in a remote, agile environment.
• Write high-quality, well-tested, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning.
• Develop robust APIs and services that scale efficiently.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and mentoring junior engineers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the entire application.
• Champion best practices in software development, including automated testing and CI/CD.
• Actively participate in remote team meetings, discussions, and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Ensure the security and performance of all application components.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Vue.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3).
• Strong expertise in back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, Ruby/Rails, Java/Spring).
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Solid understanding of software architecture patterns, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker).
• Demonstrated experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
