Senior Full Stack Engineer (Remote OK)

We Are...

SEER was created to elevate video tools and modernize digital direct distribution for artists, creators and their fans. We believe that the future of video is independent and through partnership and collaboration we can expand the creative canvas for creators around the world. Our team is comprised of technology professionals with deep expertise in video infrastructure, machine learning and both on-demand and live video distribution. We are now looking for a talented and creative Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team!

You Are...

• Agile: You're quick on your feet, a fast learner, and ready to get your hands dirty. You know when to use duct tape and when not to. You think like a hacker and ship like a pro. You don't mind owning your mistakes so we can all learn from them. And, hopefully, you're intrigued by the space we're playing in.
• A problem solver: You take deep pride in your work and view each new problem as an opportunity for success. You approach challenges creatively, but methodically, sparking discussions as you work toward the right solution for the problem at hand.
• Passionate and Creative: You're a creative at heart. You're excited to share what you've learned. You love art and technology, and thrive when working at the intersect.
• Comfortable with ambiguity: When changes are made, you keep a cool head and fight on, solving for the requirements you know while maintaining flexibility to layer in those to come. You’re comfortable moving between projects and facing the unknown. Risk and change motivate you to evolve and innovate.

• Experience building software with a team using a Scrum framework.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups alike.
