Must have
- ~3-5 years of experience in modular application development (Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Proven experience in server-side technologies (Node.js, Python, Java)
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and web security best practices
- Good experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Next.js
- Good experience with styling frameworks (Material UI, Tailwind CSS) for responsive UIs

We are looking for a Senior Full-stack Software Engineer for our MarTech Team to build scalable, high-performance solutions (70-80% focus on backend, 30-20% frontend). You'll lead development across various projects, simplify complex technical challenges, and drive innovation within our agile, outcome-focused teams. Our Product and Technology team is autonomous and co-functional, operating in an agile DevOps environment with a strong customer focus. We target outcomes rather than outputs, using OKRs to deliver our vision.
