- Establish effective practices for AI-assisted, agent-driven software development across the team.
- Partner with field engineering, AI research, and company leadership to prototype and improve product ideas for industrial use cases.
What We're Looking For
- Three to ten years of experience as a full stack engineer or software engineer, including startup experience.
- Experience taking products or substantial features from concept through production, with strong ownership in changing environments.
- Full stack web engineering experience, with strong backend skills and the ability to build and debug frontend features.
- Experience with .NET, React, TypeScript, and AI coding agents, or closely related tools and technologies.
- Interest in physical systems, engineering design, CAD, or simulation; experience limited to computer vision, robotics, or self-driving systems is not a fit.
- Authorized to work in the United States or Canada without visa sponsorship.
