Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the services that power TeamViewer's AI ecosystem, including tool integrations, context services, and agent orchestration.
- Design and operate scalable, secure backend systems with strong governance, observability, and reliability.
- Develop tool interfaces, APIs, and workflows that enable AI capabilities across TeamViewer products.
- Build evaluation and testing frameworks to measure quality and support safe releases.
- Monitor and optimize AI services for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with security and platform teams to implement safeguards and best practices.
- Contribute across the stack, collaborating on both backend services and user-facing experiences.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and quality.
