- Maintain subject‑matter expertise across one or more asset classes and stay up to date with market and industry trends.
- Mentor new team members and contribute to special projects that help improve our product and client experience.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong understanding of Exchange‑Traded Derivatives, regulatory reporting (CFTC or Exchange), and Initial/Variation Margin calculation for futures and options.
- Experience analyzing and resolving functional issues within Calypso or similar post‑trade/back‑office systems.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, influence decisions, and communicate complex information in a clear, client‑friendly way.
- A problem‑solving mindset with the ability to assess issues, provide solutions, and work closely with technical teams when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of trade capture, valuation, trade workflows, settlements, or collateral management.
- Experience working in capital markets, fintech, or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with global teams and cross‑time‑zone collaboration.
