Summary
We are a multi-state cannabis retailer and brand looking to expand our creative team and find a nimble, driven and creative first in-house designer who will work close with
agency and freelance support. As Senior Graphic Designer, you are the hands-on engine of that model, producing the daily and campaign-level design that brings our brands to life across stores, screens, and inboxes across multiple states. Creative direction should be collaboratively set between you and the VP of Marketing, so your focus is craft, volume, and execution across the full range of the brand, from packaging to web to the in-store experience. If you are a driven, versatile designer who takes pride in the work itself and wants real range across brand, packaging, digital, and physical space, this is the seat.

- Compliance Coordination: Track per-SKU, per-state regulatory requirements with brand and compliance partners so artwork ships accurately.
Digital & Lifecycle Design

- Social & Email: Produce paid and organic social creative and CRM / email templates keeping a consistent look across the customer lifecycle.
Retail & Environmental Design

AI-Enabled Production
- AI in the Workflow: Use generative AI and modern creative tooling to speed ideation, iteration, and production, building repeatable workflows that raise both output and quality.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with the VP of Marketing, brand, digital/lifecycle, and retail/field marketing to deliver on shared priorities.
- Agency Coordination: Collaborate with agency and freelance partners engaged by marketing leadership, preparing files and assets for smooth handoff.
